Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r \u00e4ggostformar. \u00c4ggost \u00e4r en specialitet fr\u00e5n v\u00e4stkusten, den p\u00e5minner lite om ostkaka, fast det \u00e4r ingen mandel i. Man g\u00f6r den p\u00e5 fet mj\u00f6lk, gr\u00e4dde och \u00e4gg och s\u00e5 ska man ha i n\u00e5got som f\u00e5r det att sk\u00e4ra sig, som \u00e4ttika, gr\u00e4ddfil eller liknande. S\u00e5 l\u00e4gger man den i en vacker form, l\u00e5ter allt rinna av och s\u00e5 serverar man den som dessert med sylt och kanske en klick gr\u00e4dde och lite kanel. F\u00f6rr i tiden \u00e5t man tydligen \u00e4ggost som mat, ihop med sill och dylikt.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker att \u00e4ggost \u00e4r supergott och det \u00e4r alltid en fest n\u00e4r maken g\u00f6r det. Vi k\u00f6pte de h\u00e4r portionsformarna f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r lite omst\u00e4ndligt att g\u00f6ra en fullstor \u00e4ggost, det g\u00e5r \u00e5t massor med mj\u00f6lk och \u00e4gg plus att vi inte riktigt hinner \u00e4ta upp den (\u00e4ven om jag kan \u00e4ta \u00e4ggost b\u00e5de till frukost, lunch och middag).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dag 25 av fotoprojektet 100 k\u00f6kssaker.
