Skr\u00e4dmj\u00f6lsbr\u00f6d. Det \u00e4r fr\u00e5n Martin Johanssons &#8221;Br\u00f6d och pizza&#8221;-bok. Jag anv\u00e4nde Salt\u00e5 Kvarns skr\u00e4dmj\u00f6l som \u00e4r gjort p\u00e5 havre som fuktas och rostas innan det mals till mj\u00f6l. Det luktar lite annorlunda \u00e4n vanligt mj\u00f6l, och \u00e4r lite mer kompakt. I receptet var det s\u00e5 klart specialvetemj\u00f6l och en liten dutt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Br\u00f6det blev fint, jag la det i j\u00e4skorg och snittade det sedan lite p\u00e5 baguettevis. Enda grejen var att det blev ganska ljust, det var sv\u00e5rt att l\u00e5ta br\u00f6det f\u00e5 riktig f\u00e4rg.
