Ett br\u00f6d med sirap som var v\u00e4ldigt tungt och kompakt som deg. Och s\u00e5 vanlig levain, som var synnerligen l\u00f6s och puffig i konsistensen. Tv\u00e5 motsatser. Sirapsbr\u00f6det har jag inte bakat f\u00f6rut, ska bli sp\u00e4nnande att provsmaka det imorgon. Levainbr\u00f6det var lite besv\u00e4rligt att baka ut eftersom degen var r\u00e4tt kladdig och l\u00f6s.
