Army fitness, tre g\u00e5nger i veckan. Passen b\u00f6rjar kl 06.15 vid Enskedehallen och h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 till 07.30. Man f\u00e5r stiga upp galet tidigt, men n\u00e4r man \u00e4r klar k\u00e4nns det som om man har f\u00e5tt en extra dag. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta veckan har varit r\u00e4tt lugn, vi har gjort tester f\u00f6r att kunna j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra n\u00e4r sexveckorskursen \u00e4r \u00f6ver. L\u00f6pning, 2 kilometer p\u00e5 tid, armh\u00e4vningar, sit ups, ryggb\u00f6j, plankan, j\u00e4garvila och att st\u00e5 i armh\u00e4vningsposition s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge man orkar. Jag var v\u00e4l inte b\u00e4st, men inte heller s\u00e4mst. Vi har ocks\u00e5 burit bild\u00e4ck, varandra och sprungit upp och ner i trappor och backar. Det \u00e4r roligt!<\/p>\n<p>Efter att ha klarat av den f\u00f6rsta veckan firade jag med lite lyxfika p\u00e5 Kaffeverket. Macka, kaffe och vaniljcroissant. Det var smaskens!
